Reporting issues as they arise helps ensure that Neighbourly remains a handy and useful tool for both you and your neighbours. You can report a problem with the app or website using the Neighbourly contact form.
Please include as much information as you can (your Neighbourly email address, the page/screen/URL where you're seeing the issue, what action caused the issue, e.g. where did you tap/click). This helps us fully understand the experience you're having. You may find it helpful to include a screenshot or photo that shows the problem you've described.
Once we have all the information we need, we will pass the issue on to our Product team so that it can be resolved as quickly as possible.
