- These Rules apply to all Neighbourly promotions or competitions run by Neighbourly on our platform or in conjunction with any advertising partner.
- Competitions are open to New Zealand residents who are Neighbourly members.
- Competitions are open to any Neighbourly member who likes, thanks or comments on a competition post (message posted on Neighbourly) between the time frame specified on the promoted posts.
- All entries received after the time and date specified on the promoted post are considered null and void.
- The competition post will announce details of the prize and the number of prizes available.
- The winners will be chosen by random draw.
- The decision of the promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The winners details (name, phone, address and email) may be provided to the promoter for prize fulfilment.
- The winners will be contacted via email and/or phone within one week of the competition closing.
- If the winner(s) can’t be contacted within a reasonable time period or are not able or available to accept the prize for any reason which is beyond Neighbourly’s reasonable control, then Neighbourly reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.
- Neighbourly reserves the right to request entrants provide proof of age, identity and residence.
- Neighbourly and/or the associated advertising partner reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend Promotions and/or vary these Rules at any time without prior notice.
- The prize must be taken as offered and is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
- All other costs associated with redeeming items, are the responsibility and at the cost of the participant.
- The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special, or consequential loss or loss of profits) or damage or personal injury or death suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion or the acceptance or use of any redemption item (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law, in which case it will be excluded to the minimum allowable by law.
- Where a winner is selected by a voting mechanism: Neighbourly’s decision on voting arrangements and validity of votes will be final. Neighbourly reserves the right to disqualify anyone who is suspected of engaging in, or benefitting from, irregular or fraudulent voting.
- Entry into this promotion is deemed as consent to use entrant’s names and photographs for any publicity associated with this promotion without further payment or other compensation to the winner.
- Neighbourly staff, agencies and their families cannot enter the competition. All entrants must be at least 7 years of age and be residing in New Zealand at the time the competition is drawn for your entry to be valid.
- The promoter is Neighbourly, 4 Williamson Avenue, Ponsonby, Auckland, New Zealand or the associated advertiser as defined in the promoted post.
