What happens to my business profile?
Your business profile will move with you! When we open the doors to new Neighbourly, your business profile will be right where you left it - no need to set anything up again.
Can I deactivate my business profile?
If you do not want your business profile migrated to the new Neighbourly, you can deactivate your business profile directly from your account. You will find instructions on how to do this by heading here.
I have posts booked in September - will they still run?
Yes, wherever possible we'll run your booked posts before 23rd September. If any can't run before we pause, a member of our team will contact you to rebook them or move them to another option that works for you.
I have time remaining on my subscription - what happens to it?
We'll make sure you're looked after. A member of our team will be in touch personally before September 23rd to talk through your options - including running your remaining activity before the close, or moving it to Neighbourly News or another Stuff product.
Can I book new posts or campaigns before the close?
We've stopped taking new bookings on the current Neighbourly to ensure that nobody ends up with activity that can't run on the platform. Our team can help you plan activity on Neighbourly News or another Stuff product instead, and get you ready for the new Neighbourly!
How do I stay in front of local customers while Neighbourly is closed?
List your business on your local Neighbourly News site - it's free, and it keeps you visible to the same local audience. Keen to have a chat about what Neighbourly News offers? Contact the Neighbourly News team at advertise@neighbourlynews.co.nz
Will I be able to advertise on the new Neighbourly?
Yes - local businesses will be part of the new Neighbourly from the start. We'll be in touch ahead of launch with what's available and how to get set up early.
Do I need to do anything now?
Only two things: Wrap up anything you currently have in progress before September 23rd, and head over to your local Neighbourly News site if you'd like a free listing in the meantime
Who do I talk to?
Contact sales@neighbourlynews.co.nz and one of the team will come back to you directly.
