You can add a photo or image to any message you post on Neighbourly.
Uploading a photo using your computer
- Click in the box reading POST A MESSAGE, EVENT, POLL OR URGENT ALERT TO NEIGHBOURS
- Click the button in the bottom left corner with the PAPER CLIP on it
- Select the photo you would like to upload and click OPEN
- Select your neighbours, add a subject, add a message if you would like to include some information about the photo, and choose a category
- Click the POST button at the bottom right
Uploading a photo using the mobile app
- Tap in the box reading POST A MESSAGE
- Tap MESSAGE
- Using the drop-down menu you can amend the suburbs you are posting to. When complete, tap DONE
- Using the drop-down menu you can amend the category in which you are posting. Choose the category and tap DONE
- Add a subject and your message
- Tap the camera icon
- Tap on the photo you wish to share with your neighbourhood
- If you want to take a new photo, simply tap the Camera Icon option at the top left of your camera roll to do so
- Tap DONE in the top right-hand corner
- Review your photo and edit if needed, then tap the green arrow to approve it
- Tap POST
To post images on Neighbourly, ensure the file type is PNG, JPG or JPEG and that the image does not exceed 15MB.
