If a Neighbourly member reports a message, the Neighbourly Leads in that suburb may receive an email that contains the reported post/reply along with the reason selected for reporting the message. This enables Leads to stay on top of any disharmony and step in to offer some advice when needed.
The Neighbourly team will also receive a notification of any reported content and will review it in line with our Guidelines.
