Your home address must be in our system before you can add it to your Neighbourly profile. It should appear automatically in the drop-down list as you enter your details on the sign up or change address page, but sometimes an address isn't recognised, eg. when it is part of a new development.
If this happens, please get in touch with us and we can add your address to our system manually. Please note that we're unable to add PO Box or business addresses.
We recommend also providing some proof of address when you contact us so we can complete your address verification for you at the same time.
