Protecting your password is an important part of your safety on Neighbourly. If for any reason you decide you would like to change your password, please follow the instructions below:
- Sign in to your account using your current password
- Click on the settings icon in the top right-hand corner
- Select SETTINGS
- Click the ACCOUNT tab
- Click the CHANGE PASSWORD link
If you have forgotten your password we can also help you get back up and running on Neighbourly:
- Click on the blue FORGOTTEN PASSWORD link on the sign in page. You will be prompted to enter the email address you used to join Neighbourly
- You will receive an email with a secure link that will allow you to reset your password. If you don’t receive the email within five minutes, please check your junk/spam folder
- Reset your password and sign in
You can also complete the password reset step using your mobile device:
- Click on the FORGOTTEN PASSWORD link on the sign in page of your Neighbourly app
- Enter the email address associated with your Neighbourly account
- Neighbourly will email you a secure link that will allow you to reset your password. If you don’t receive the email within five minutes, please check your junk/spam folder
- Reset your password
- Open the Neighbourly app on your iPhone or Android device and sign in with your new password
