Santa in the Suburbs - Terms and Conditions

Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these terms and conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  1. ELIGIBILITY: Employees of Stuff Limited and their immediate families as well as associated sponsor(s) and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. The competition is open to any new and existing verified Neighbourly members (https://www.neighbourly.co.nz/help/category/9) who enter by entering the daily code found on the Neighbourly Noticeboard.

  2. HOW TO ENTER: For the duration of the Competition Period, entrants can enter the Competition by visiting the website www.neighbourly.co.nz/santa, submitting an eligible Code and entering their details. Entrants may submit entries on a daily basis during the Competition Period. All entries must include the relevant daily code found on the Neighbourly noticeboard however, daily entry is limited to one entry per code, per account. The entry form allows each code to be entered once per email account. Neighbourly reserves the right in its sole discretion to reject; bulk entries in which it considers software to have been used to generate multiple entries and/or any entry Stuff considers to be fraudulent in any other way. 

  3. DATES: The competition period runs from 23rd November 2020 and closes on Sunday at 11.59pm, 20th of December 2020. The daily prize draw will take place on the following day for the corresponding prize.

  4. PRIZE: There are 28 prizes across the competition period. Each day of the competition period, the prize for the day will be displayed on www.neighbourly.co.nz/santa.

  5. PRIZE DELIVERY: The prize may be sent via email and physical items can be sent to New Zealand addresses only. Stuff is not liable for damage to prizes sent by post or courier.

  6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: The winner will be contacted using details provided on their Neighbourly profile. If a winner cannot be contacted by Monday the 11th of January, 2021, Neighbourly reserves the right to redraw the prize. 

  7. THE PROMOTER: The promoter is Neighbourly, 4 Williamson Ave, Auckland, New Zealand.

  8. NO CORRESPONDENCE: The Promoter’s decision regarding the Winners is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  9. NOT REDEEMABLE: The prize is not transferable, exchangeable nor redeemable for cash.

  10. INFORMATION: By entering the Competition, winners agree to their names being published.

  11. OWNERSHIP OF ENTRIES: Competition entries become the property of Stuff Limited, who will keep the personal information it holds about entrants confidential and will not disclose it to third parties. 

  12. DATABASE: Pursuant to the Privacy Act 1993, entrants have the right to access and correct any personal information.

  13. NO LIABILITY: The Promoter and its associated agencies & companies shall not be liable in any way (including, without limitation, in negligence) for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss) or for any loss or damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with promotion except any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Stuff takes no responsibility for prizes that are damaged or lost in transit. The Promoter is not liable for any tax implications that may arise as a result of winning.
